You were all so very kind and caring, while always respecting her wishes and treating her with a nice mix of dignity and fun- carers, managers, cleaners, cooks and handyman. She was very happy at Vaughan Lee and spoke of returning there from hospital, as going home. I can think of no higher accolade from someone who has never before left home.”
